This policy sets out the starting Commission Tier applicable to the Partner in the subsequent financial year, based on the Partner’s referral performance in the immediately preceding year.
The Starting Commission Tier (Base Tier) for the following financial year shall be determined as the highest Commission Tier achieved by the Partner in the preceding year.
- The Base Tier is determined based on either (i) the total number of successful contracts (i.e., number of new clients acquired) corresponding to the applicable commission tier achieved in the previous year; or (ii) the total annual revenue contribution equivalent to at least 300 million VND in the preceding year.
- Application of the Starting Tier: This Commission rate shall apply from the first contract of the subsequent year and continue to increase progressively in accordance with the Progressive Commission Policy. In the event that the Partner fails to achieve the minimum annual revenue of 300 million VND or fails to maintain the number of contracts corresponding to the applicable commission tier, the Commission Tier shall be adjusted downward in accordance with the number of contracts achieved in the preceding year.
Illustrative Examples
Case 1: Maintaining and Increasing of Commission Tier
- 2025: The Partner officially collaborates with Mahata and successfully refers 07 contracts. The final contract in 2025 reaches a Commission Tier of 12% (Tier 2). Total revenue generated in 2025 is VND 320 million VND.
- 2026: The starting Commission Tier will be 14% (Tier 3, applicable to 08–12 contracts/year) from the first contract in 2026 (i.e., the 8th cumulative contract). This rate will continue to increase to 16%, 18%, etc., as the Partner reaches subsequent contract thresholds.
Case 2: Maintenance of Commission Tier
- 2025: The Partner maintains a 10% commission rate. During the period from 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2025, the Partner successfully refers 02 contracts (Tier 1: 01–03 contracts), with a total revenue of 400 million VND.
- 2026: The Starting Commission Level remains at 10% from the first contract and continues in accordance with the previous year’s tier, as the minimum annual revenue requirement (300 million VND) is exceeded.
Case 3: Downgrade of Commission Tier
- 2024: The Partner successfully refers 21 contracts (Tier 5), with the final contract achieving an 18% commission rate. Total revenue reaches 350 million VND.
- 2025: The Starting Commission Level continues at 18% (Tier 5 – applicable for 21–30 contracts/year) from the first contract (i.e., the 22nd cumulative contract). The rate increases progressively as thresholds are met. By year-end, the Partner refers 05 contracts (cumulative contract number 26), maintaining Tier 5 (18%), but total revenue is only 280 million VND → below the minimum threshold of 300 million VND, and 05 contracts correspond to Tier 2.
- 2026: The Starting Commission Level is reduced from 18% to 12% (Tier 2 – applicable for 04–07 contracts) from the first contract (i.e., the 6th cumulative contract carried forward).
